So, just the opposite of a diet pill post, huh?
I came across this recipe recently and thought it seemed like something fun to try with the kids. It is not low-fat. It is not healthy. It is easy. It is yummy.
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Beat whipping cream with hand mixer until thick.
Beat in condense milk and extract.
Freeze at least 5-6 hrs.
Delicious. I think I'll try it with almond extract, too.
